Session 2 - 17th February 12.30pm: Manager as FlexLeader: roles, responsibilities and self-care in a flexible, hybrid environment

Session 3 - 24th February 12.30pm: Flexpectations: building trust through transparency & accountability between leaders and teams

Session 4 - 3rd March 12.30pm:  Avoid the FlexTraps: How to ‘nudge the grudge’ in flexible working

The sessions will be recorded and made available to everyone registered through Zoom.
