About The Grace Way
virtual training program

The virtual program is delivered to intimate groups of 8 participants and includes a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning and development.

Taught primarily by Amanda Meehan, gender equality expert and Head of Coaching at Grace Papers, you will also receive support from a panel of some of Australia’s most experienced gender equality experts and coaches.

About Amanda Meehan
Head of Coaching at Grace Papers

Amanda has used her legal career, her management studies and her decade-long executive coaching practice to build a deep understanding of organisations and how they work through their culture, their people and their systems.

Leveraging her legal expertise combined with neuroscience & coaching capability, she is passionate about supporting workplaces to leverage the business
benefits of gender equality through a focus on workplace flexibility, compliance, reputation and accountability.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney, a Master of Law and Management from the University of NSW and the Australian Graduate School of Management with coaching qualifications through in Executive Coaching through the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology Unit at the University of Sydney.

Amanda has completed the Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health Professional Development Program and the Neuroscience Coaching Academy with the Neuroscience Academy Australia. Amanda is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

 Accreditation and Qualification

After completing The Grace Way training program , you will receive a  Coaching Certification from The Grace Papers Coaching Academy, and get accredited with 16 ICF training hours.

With this certification, you'll be ready to empower individuals and communities by providing gender equality and empowerment coaching services.

Despite progressive changes to our ways of working throughout the pandemic, the current workplace culture is still largely designed around the traditional 9-5 workday, which often clashes with the unpredictable and often unavoidable demands of caring responsibilities.

Women's Talent & Leadership Experiences

At Grace Papers, we're passionate about empowering individuals and accelerating workplace gender equality through our career coaching experiences. 

Significant bodies of research show that for women, the subtle gender bias that persists in organizations and in society can disrupt the learning cycle at the heart of becoming a leader, and impacts their ability to internalise leadership identity.
