Despite progressive changes to our ways of working throughout the pandemic, the current workplace culture is still largely designed around the traditional 9-5 workday, which often clashes with the unpredictable and often unavoidable demands of caring responsibilities.
This has resulted in a significant proportion of employees with caregiving responsibilities dropping out of the workforce or scaling back their work, leading to a loss of valuable talent and skills.
Research has shown that organisations that support carers tend to have higher employee engagement, retention rates, and productivity. Additionally, they are more likely to attract and retain diverse talent, including those with caring responsibilities, who may otherwise be excluded from the workforce.
The Grace Way is the coaching framework we use that combines our empowerment model and gender equality system.
Why does it matter?
When people are coached through The Grace Way it:
This validated approach to coaching has proven that when workplaces improve their flexible work arrangements, return to work experiences or parental leave, they can close the discrimination gap and improve workplace gender equality.

At Grace Papers, we're passionate about empowering individuals and accelerating workplace gender equality through our career coaching experiences.
Significant bodies of research show that for women, the subtle gender bias that persists in organizations and in society can disrupt the learning cycle at the heart of becoming a leader, and impacts their ability to internalise leadership identity.
Women participants will gain clarity on their career vision, align it with their personal values, and build confidence through their achievements.
They will be supported to address personal and workplace barriers head-on, including gender bias and double binds, and provide them with simple strategies and a supportive community to help navigate these challenges.
By identifying and communicating necessary workplace system changes gender equality outcomes can be accelerated for all staff.
Accompanied by our expert coaches and gender equality experts, we guaranteed your employees will leave with the key strategies to help overcome obstacles and achieve goals, providing them with guidance, support and warmth throughout the coaching experience.
“I attended the Grace Papers Coaching Academy in November 2022. I found the program to be incredibly beneficial. The program provided valuable insights into the empowerment model and gender equity.
The program also built my skills in relation to practical application through case studies and group discussion.
I highly recommend this program to any coach who is looking to deepen their understanding and toolkit so that they can contribute to building a more equal workplace and create lasting change."
